Android vs iOS Searches

With the arrival of the new iPhone, we thought we'd check to see how iOS users differ from their Android counterparts. The numbers were quite striking, and might actually help us understand the market demographics for each. We took the Top 100 Search Terms for each operating system, and compared the ranking of various search terms.

For some terms — like "mom" (#1), "teen" (#10) and "anal" (#32), the search rankings were identical, but that's not true for all the cases. Mac users are much more into BBW (Big Beautiful Women), which ranks #2 on their searches, where it ranks #6 for Android. Android's second most popular search is "Japanese Mom," which ranks a paltry #32 for Mac users.

Mac users also prefer cuckold videos (#8 for Mac vs #15 for Android users), arab content (#10 vs #31 for Android) and BBC (Big Black C*cks), which ranks #11 for Mac and #19 for Android.
Android users tend to be more attracted to family-themed content. Eight of their top twenty searches included family members, double what Mac users prefer. For example, while “mom son” videos are the fourth most popular on Android, ranking only slightly higher than Mac’s “mom son” at #6, it also includes the virtually identical search “mom and son” which only ranks at #31 on Mac searches. Sister (#12 on Android) doesn’t even make the Top 20 on Mac.”Daddy Daughter” is #26 on Android, but #62 on Mac.

What they don’t search for is gay, which ranks #40 on Mac, but only #60 on Android.

“The cultural differences between Mac and Android users are pretty apparent in the searches,” says Alex Hawkins, Vice President of xHamster. “Mac users tend to live in cities, and have more disposable income, and seem to have a broader grouping of fantasies. Android tends to be more popular among working class users, and outranks Apple in rural states, like Kentucky and Tennessee. Either way, family or cucks, it takes all kinds to make the porn world go round! In a hyperpartisan world, we’re glad to see that no matter who you are, or where you come from, we can agree on importance of moms, teens and anal. ”

to bamahammer : I imagine there will be more constraints. But with these data, it is interesting how these trends can be detected. More research would be required.

to timewiz : I know. There are many variables that can affect. But that does not mean that this can provide curious information.

to Touluose : It's not as simple as the type of phone causing a change in sexual preference. MOST people who buy android phones tend to have less income overall, and are more likely to be uneducated, etc etc. In turn, when those users search for porn, their different life experiences are reflected in the porn they choose, and it shows up in graph form. You could do the same thing at a porn theatre if buying soda was compulsory. These phones are not magic.
